Hall Farm

Now used as a guest house Hall Farmhouse dates back to the 14^th century, proving that new green technologies will work in older buildings. The owners were looking for a more sustainable way to heat the main house and the nearby bungalow used as a full-time residence and wanted to get away from the LPG gas they were using.

We installed a borehole system with district heating pipework from the external plant room to the two properties. A Steibel Eltron ground source heat pump was installed.
